Own product feature design from problem definition through implementation. Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive Figma prototypes for complex sales workflows, dashboards, tables, and responsive mobile experiences. Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing, contribute reusable design-system components, and collaborate with developers to ensure design quality through launch.

Build QA processes, test plans, release criteria, and scalable UI, API, and integration automation for Android, iOS, and web clients. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, conduct exploratory and release testing on real devices, and validate video playback, purchases, subscriptions, and A/B tests. Track quality metrics, flaky tests, and crash trends while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Design to improve product quality.

Design and develop Go-based connectors, proxies, sidecars, gateways, and gRPC services for AI infrastructure and real-time data processing. Build high-throughput, low-latency networking components, research protocols, optimize concurrency and resource usage, and troubleshoot complex Linux networking issues. Own features from research through production, improving reliability, testing, error handling, and observability across distributed platform components.
