Lead end-to-end qualitative UX research across B2B, B2C, and internal projects. Conduct interviews, usability and concept testing; synthesize findings; deliver actionable recommendations; and influence product, design, marketing, sales, and engineering decisions. Collaborate with CRO teams on quantitative research, facilitate workshops, maintain the Dovetail research repository, manage multiple projects, and improve research operations, tooling, and best practices.
