Leads a remote team of 8–12 sales advisors, driving revenue, conversion, quality, productivity, and customer experience KPIs. Responsibilities include coaching, performance management, speech analytics, data interpretation, workflow oversight, scheduling, compliance, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data, Marketing, QA, and Compliance teams. The role also supports continuous improvement, innovation, and development of future sales and leadership talent.
