Design, operate, and improve an EKS-based Kubernetes platform and CI/CD pipelines. Maintain IaC (Pulumi/Terraform/OpenTofu) across AWS accounts, run observability stack, enforce security best practices, diagnose production incidents, participate in on-call rotation, and produce runbooks and architecture documentation to improve reliability and release workflows.

The Head of Global and Strategic Intelligence at Mozilla Foundation will manage the intelligence function, providing insights on technology governance while ensuring coherent strategies across different teams.
