Own Firefox’s mobile product experience, primarily for iOS and also Android. Improve usability, performance, downloads, activation, retention, and differentiated features through user research, analytics, funnel optimization, testing, and iteration. Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and TPM teams to ship improvements, monitor app health, support app-store growth, and adapt the product for international markets.

Own and scale Mozilla's web bug bounty program; triage and validate reports; drive end-to-end vulnerability remediation; perform targeted code reviews (JavaScript, Python); collaborate with SIRT on incidents; build tooling and KPIs to improve triage and program insight; engage external researchers and platforms.

Lead and mature Mozilla's ISMS and compliance programs (ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2). Manage SoA, risk treatment, audits, policy lifecycle, gap remediation, internal audits, and cross-functional control ownership while advising security leadership on certification readiness and compliance strategy.

Advance Firefox security architecture and cryptography stack by designing and implementing web platform security features. Improve browser reliability, performance, and memory efficiency. Debug and resolve security-sensitive, multi-threaded issues, contribute to standards-based implementations, and collaborate across teams on security initiatives, technical design, and planning.

Lead full-lifecycle Go-To-Market hiring across EMEA, sourcing senior commercial talent, advising GTM leaders with market intelligence, negotiating complex regional offers, and maintaining Greenhouse ATS hygiene and pipeline analytics to optimize hiring metrics.

Develop and improve Firefox desktop features for installs, updates, and OS integration. Implement platform-specific enhancements (Windows/macOS), debug complex issues, participate in design and code reviews, collaborate with a distributed team, and use data to guide product decisions.
