Own Firefox’s mobile product experience, primarily for iOS and also Android. Improve usability, performance, downloads, activation, retention, and differentiated features through user research, analytics, funnel optimization, testing, and iteration. Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and TPM teams to ship improvements, monitor app health, support app-store growth, and adapt the product for international markets.

Monitor and respond to global security incidents, lead incident response lifecycles, conduct threat hunting, manage threat intelligence workflows, and maintain SIEM, EDR, SOAR, alerts, playbooks, and escalation processes. The role participates in on-call rotations, coordinates stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement across preparation, detection, containment, and post-incident activities.

Build and improve Firefox WebCompat internal dashboards, reporting tools, and broken-site screenshot capture pipelines. The role involves creating reliable data views for triage and metrics, automating screenshot workflows, collaborating with WebCompat and QA teams, and translating reporting needs into effective tooling. Familiarity with WebCompat workflows, Bugzilla, screenshot automation, and machine learning is preferred.

Improve Firefox Gecko’s Session History health by writing Web Platform Tests and Gecko mochitests, fixing test failures and code issues, debugging a mature browser-engine codebase, and collaborating through code review and upstream landing.

Build and improve Mozilla’s Add-ons platform, including Python/Django applications, automated moderation pipelines, reviewer tools, DevHub, internal developer platforms, and CI/CD systems. Establish engineering standards, observability, safe deployment practices, documentation, and incident response processes. Debug complex production systems, improve reliability, collaborate across distributed teams, mentor peers, and contribute to open-source development.

Manage a portfolio of major donors, personally solicit and close five-, six-, and seven-figure gifts, and advance relationships through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, identify and qualify prospects, develop tailored proposals and impact stories, deliver stewardship activities, and partner with executives, program staff, and prospect research. The role also supports donor renewal, increased giving, annual-to-major gift pathways, and consistent revenue growth.
