Ensures compliance with ISO 27001, NIST standards, and the EU Cyber Resilience Act. Develops security architecture documentation, maintains sandbox labs, verifies encryption, access controls, MFA, and logging, and supports pre-sales security tenders and customer evaluations.

Supports the operational resilience, deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution of a hosted digital policing application. Responsibilities include customer service reviews, SLA monitoring, release and patch support, software engineering liaison work, shared-services coordination, technical documentation, SQL Server cluster support, and root-cause analysis. The role requires cloud, operating system, database, scripting, observability, and infrastructure expertise, plus customer engagement and participation in an on-call rotation.
