Responsible for designing, implementing and supporting networking solutions across multiple sites, maintaining firewalls, routing and security policies, troubleshooting outages and circuits, performing capacity planning and monitoring, ensuring compliance with public-sector security standards, participating in on-call rotation, and travelling to UK (and occasional international) sites.

Work as part of an agile team to design, develop, document and test frontend features for a mission-critical call-taking and dispatch platform. Build high-quality JavaScript/React/TypeScript user interfaces, collaborate with product and test engineers, follow modern development practices (SOLID, Git, pull requests), and support an expansion product while occasionally travelling to UK offices.

Lead deployment of Motorola Solutions Guardian control-room software to major customers. Create and maintain project plans and documentation, capture customer requirements, coordinate solution design, manage development/testing, lead agile delivery teams, engage stakeholders, and achieve deployment and customer sign-off.
