Leads fraud strategy and risk management across UK and EU banking products. Designs and oversees fraud controls, investigation processes, reporting, threat intelligence, and performance analytics. Partners with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to deliver scalable fraud prevention initiatives and manage large-scale change. Coaches and develops a high-performing fraud risk team while balancing customer experience, regulatory obligations, and business objectives.

Leads Monzo’s global tax strategy and team across the UK, Europe, and future markets. Oversees direct, indirect, employment, transfer pricing, and customer taxes; advises on product development, international expansion, and group structures; manages tax authority relationships, audits, and compliance. Partners with executives, product, engineering, and treasury teams while modernizing tax operations through AI, workflow tools, and automation.

Develop and improve financial forecasting models supporting budgeting, stress testing, IFRS 9 expected credit loss, and ICAAP activities. Establish financial modeling best practices, assess regulatory compliance, deliver model enhancements, and present results to senior management. Collaborate with portfolio strategy, model validation, finance, and external audit teams while using Python, SQL, and related analytics technologies.
