Own and optimise paid social acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit and Pinterest. Shape strategy, manage budgets, run experiments across creative/audiences/bidding, partner with Brand/Product/Data/Engineering, ensure FCA compliance, use MMPs and Looker, and mentor junior colleagues.
