Acts as the trusted authority on operational performance, aligning global standards with domain needs and translating complex insights into actionable outcomes for senior leaders.

Investigate complex and high-risk anti-money laundering alerts for business accounts, recommend Suspicious Transaction Reports, make risk-based onboarding decisions, conduct enhanced due diligence, and provide financial crime expertise to operational teams. The role requires strong English and Italian communication skills, experience with business banking financial crime investigations, and knowledge of UK and EU financial crime risks.

Leads Operations strategy and commercial performance during a 12-month leave cover. Responsibilities include P&L and unit economics analysis, strategic recommendations, roadmap coordination, investment evaluation, cross-functional alignment, and delivery of initiatives improving operational scalability, efficiency, and profitability. The role partners with Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and senior leadership to manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and execution.
