Build, maintain and improve Monzo's cloud infrastructure and platform services. Run and manage Kubernetes clusters, service mesh and networking across AWS and GCP, implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, and develop backend services (APIs/controllers) to provide self-service tooling, support migrations, ensure scalability, reliability and a great developer experience.

The Finance Data Manager will analyze complex financial and operational datasets, translate business requirements into scalable data assets, and deliver management reporting and commercial insights. Responsibilities include collaborating on data pipelines, automating financial reporting with code and AI, building reporting solutions, improving processes, and partnering with stakeholders across the business.

Analyze and optimize savings product pricing, deposit volumes, margin, and competitiveness. Monitor portfolio performance, model pricing elasticity and growth-profitability trade-offs, forecast deposits, and evaluate strategic initiatives. Build pricing datasets and Looker dashboards, conduct competitor and macroeconomic analysis, and recommend pricing changes. Partner with Finance, Treasury, Data Science, and Product teams to translate complex financial data into actionable commercial decisions.
