Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud databases, automations, and personalized campaigns using AMPscript and multiple Marketing Cloud modules. Analyze platform health, data integrity, and campaign performance; run tests and provide recommendations for CRM and Salesforce roadmaps. Partner with stakeholders to implement technical solutions, maintain documentation, improve processes, and support sales and customer success teams. The role also includes end-to-end SFMC project delivery, training, and stakeholder management.

Manage a high-volume pipeline of post-submission mortgage cases from application through completion. Responsibilities include submitting DIPs, communicating with lenders, customers, conveyancers, and surveyors, chasing offers, checking documents, monitoring lender service levels and rate changes, and ensuring cases progress accurately and efficiently. The role requires strong mortgage process knowledge, organisation, customer focus, and flexibility in a fast-paced remote team environment.

Provide mortgage advice to high-volume, pre-qualified clients while focusing on sales and client rapport. Use company AI/FinTech tools, meet KPIs, collaborate with case managers who handle admin and lender liaison, and deliver compliant, high-quality submissions to hit revenue and performance targets.
