Integrate trustworthy AI and data capabilities into customer-facing workflows while influencing senior stakeholders and balancing customer value, commercial goals, technical feasibility, risk, and resources.

Manages commercial renewal processes, tracks renewal risks, maintains pipeline and forecasting data, and supports commercial planning through analysis and reporting. The role coordinates with cross-functional and commercial teams to resolve renewal issues, improve workflows, and support customer retention. It requires strong data management, communication, organization, and self-management skills, with preferred experience in Salesforce, renewal management, customer success, and business intelligence tools.
