Onboards new Mindbody customers by gathering requirements, configuring software, conducting virtual training, and supporting successful implementation. Manages assigned accounts, solves product-related issues, recommends value-added services, schedules follow-up training, and maintains ongoing customer communication. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, active listening, and customer service skills, along with French and/or Spanish fluency.

Provide first-line technical support to English- and Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot basic product issues, educate users on features, document interactions, follow knowledge-management processes, and escalate complex cases. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, empathy, software-learning ability, and completion of a Level 1 Technical Support Certification. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. UK time.

As an SMB Account Executive, you'll drive new revenue growth through high-volume outbound sales efforts, managing the full sales cycle and achieving KPIs in a competitive wellness technology landscape.
