Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft cloud, security, endpoint, productivity, identity, data protection, and AI solutions. Provide consultative technical guidance, remove deployment barriers, accelerate adoption and time-to-value, coordinate with engineering and partners, and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes. The role also contributes reusable delivery guidance, operational improvements, and customer feedback for product and engineering teams.

Lead Surface sales and customer engagements focused on Copilot+ PCs, Windows 11, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and hybrid AI. Advise business and technical decision-makers on endpoint strategy, AI readiness, security, device management, and workload requirements. Build account plans, develop pipeline, own opportunities through close, conduct demonstrations, overcome technical and commercial blockers, and coordinate Microsoft and partner resources to drive Surface adoption and revenue growth.

Oversee sales operations planning and execution, using AI, analytics, and automation to monitor pipelines, quotas, segmentation, KPIs, and sales performance. Partner with stakeholders across regions to improve processes, reporting, productivity, and business outcomes. Identify performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, drive standardized tools and processes, and enable sales teams through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement.
