Provides actionable financial analysis, supports growth strategy and commercial negotiations, coaches finance team members, collaborates with regional and global finance communities, and advances AI-enabled finance processes and automation in support of the UK & Ireland CFO.

Leads end-to-end continuous improvement programs across business processes, using Lean Six Sigma, data analysis, and change leadership to improve efficiency, quality, customer outcomes, and ROI. Responsibilities include redesigning workflows, conducting root-cause analysis, defining KPIs, coordinating cross-functional transformation initiatives, coaching teams, establishing governance, and embedding scalable continuous improvement practices across regions and functions.

Lead and develop a team of Software Development Solution Engineers to drive enterprise adoption of Azure and GitHub developer platforms, GitHub Copilot, and security/DevOps practices. Coach technical presales, build reusable plays and demos, engage senior technical decision-makers, inspect pipeline execution, resolve escalations, and align product and go-to-market strategies to achieve measurable adoption and developer productivity outcomes.
