Design AI-agent experiences that help employees complete complex work while preserving human judgment and accountability. Research current workflows, prototype and test agent interactions, and establish patterns for delegation, permissions, transparency, supervision, escalation, override, rollback, and recovery. Define experience quality measures and design scalable catalog, marketplace, and measurement surfaces. Collaborate with engineering, data science, program management, and product teams to deliver safe, usable AI-enabled systems.

Partners with business leaders to develop data-driven talent strategies, advise on workforce planning, source and engage candidates, assess talent, and deliver strong candidate experiences. The recruiter manages end-to-end hiring processes across corporate functions, uses market intelligence and recruiting analytics, ensures compliance, maintains accurate hiring data, and influences hiring decisions through talent insights and strategic consultation.
