Leads Microsoft’s account strategy and customer engagement for Northern Ireland Government. Builds senior stakeholder relationships, develops account plans, orchestrates Microsoft and partner teams, and drives AI, Copilot, security, cloud, and modern work transformation opportunities. The role is accountable for customer outcomes, revenue growth, market share, solution adoption, and long-term public-sector partnerships across government, health, education, and justice.

Provides technical pre-sales leadership for Microsoft Security solutions. Serves as the primary technical contact for prospective customers, developing security strategies, delivering presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture sessions, trials, and proof-of-concepts. Collaborates with sellers, partners, and internal teams to overcome technical blockers, drive technical wins, tailor security recommendations, and improve customer security postures throughout the sales cycle.

Lead application and data modernization strategy for Microsoft Azure customers. Design reusable, code-based intellectual property, automation, and agentic tooling for modernizing .NET, Java, and database workloads. Architect customer solutions, resolve technical blockers, develop field enablement and skilling content, engage directly with customers and partners, and influence engineering roadmaps. The role requires deep cloud architecture expertise, customer-facing consulting experience, and familiarity with Azure migration, containerization, PaaS, databases, and AI-assisted developer tools.
