Lead and develop a team of Software Development Solution Engineers to drive enterprise adoption of Azure and GitHub developer platforms, GitHub Copilot, and security/DevOps practices. Coach technical presales, build reusable plays and demos, engage senior technical decision-makers, inspect pipeline execution, resolve escalations, and align product and go-to-market strategies to achieve measurable adoption and developer productivity outcomes.

Leads technical pre-sales engagements for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, and related productivity solutions across nonprofit and education customers in the UK and Ireland. Conducts discovery, customized demonstrations, architecture sessions, proof-of-concepts, workshops, and technical envisioning. Advises on governance, security, compliance, and integrations; resolves technical blockers; collaborates with account teams, engineering, consultants, and partners; influences technical buying decisions; and supports successful handoffs to deployment teams.

Embed with customer teams to build production-ready data and AI solutions. Own full lifecycle from data acquisition and preparation through modeling, evaluation, and deployment. Drive model evaluation tied to business outcomes, ensure ethics/privacy in data use, coach cross-disciplinary teams, research industry trends, and deliver scalable operational models that influence strategy and customer outcomes.

Leads a geographically distributed team of strategic account executives serving multinational enterprise customers. Responsibilities include executive relationship management, multi-year account strategy, revenue growth, forecasting, complex negotiations, AI and cloud transformation sales, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration across global Microsoft organizations.

Lead executive Windows endpoint strategy and high-impact customer engagements to defend and expand Windows adoption. Articulate Windows value across security, management, performance and AI, orchestrate partners and internal teams, deliver proofs and lighthouse wins, and provide product and go‑to‑market feedback to scale outcomes.
