Leads cost planning and estimating for large-scale data center construction projects during design and delivery. Develops and validates milestone estimates, performs benchmarking and quantity take-offs, supports site selection and business cases, and drives cost governance and stage-gate approvals. Also oversees external estimating consultants and ensures accurate, timely project cost reporting.

Manages executive stakeholders, risks, scope, communications, conflict resolution, and complex project lifecycles while supporting strategic business development and expansion opportunities.

Designs, develops, and deploys secure AI-enabled cloud solutions for national security and intelligence customers. Responsibilities include translating mission needs into architectures, building prototypes and production applications, integrating data pipelines and machine learning models, developing APIs and user interfaces, and applying Zero Trust, identity, data protection, compliance, monitoring, and reliability practices in restricted environments. The role also advises customers, collaborates with Microsoft engineering teams, and supports solution hardening and continuous improvement.

Provides technical pre-sales leadership for Microsoft Security solutions. Serves as the primary technical contact for prospective customers, developing security strategies, delivering presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture sessions, trials, and proof-of-concepts. Collaborates with sellers, partners, and internal teams to overcome technical blockers, drive technical wins, tailor security recommendations, and improve customer security postures throughout the sales cycle.
