As an Account Executive, you'll manage the sales cycle, build a pipeline of hospitality prospects, deliver product demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals in the UK and Ireland hospitality sector.

As Director of Product and Engineering, you will lead the Long Stays product segment, driving strategy, product development, and technical direction, while managing a small team to achieve key commercial metrics and enhance customer experiences.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for hotel distribution, build investment cases, prioritise portfolio decisions, drive complex discovery and experimentation, coach senior PMs, manage large third‑party integrations, and represent Mews externally in distribution channels.
