Senior individual contributor responsible for driving mid-market growth: owning pipeline, prospecting, running demos, closing net-new and expansion deals, building forecasts, and representing Mews at industry events. Focus on data-driven sales, multi-stakeholder deals, and achieving consistent MRR targets in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Lead end-to-end multi-channel acquisition (paid and organic) with core ownership of Paid Search to drive pipeline and revenue. Manage budget, forecasting, and CAC/payback targets; design experimentation across ads, landing pages and channel mix; diagnose funnel performance; partner with Sales, Product, RevOps and Creative; mentor a team and oversee agencies; communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
