The Senior Technical Account Manager leads deployment and integration of the Mattermost platform, ensuring client success through technical guidance and relationship management in the UK and Francophone Europe.

Lead Hyperscaler, GSI/SI and ecosystem partner engagement from a UK base to generate partner-sourced Net New ARR. Build joint GTMs, enable co-selling, optimise marketplace presence, recruit and enable partners for Defence, Intelligence, Security and CNI accounts, and report on partner-influenced pipeline and conversion.

Manage inbound net-new sales, expansions, and renewals across EMEA. Qualify and close small-to-mid deals, identify upsell opportunities, partner with AEs on complex deals, and maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting.
