Lead Masabi’s bids function, managing competitive tenders from qualification through award for international transit agencies and operators. Own pricing, commercial strategy, bid governance, risk recommendations, resourcing, and cross-functional coordination across business development, product, engineering, services, legal, and finance. Build the team, processes, content, tooling, and AI-enabled practices needed to improve bid quality and win rates while coaching team members and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships.

Develop technical solution strategies with Business Development for transit agency customers. Lead discovery workshops, demos, RFP responses, Statements of Work, procurement documentation, and technical stakeholder engagement. Translate customer requirements into implementable solutions, support delivery handoffs, identify product gaps, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and PMO on roadmap and implementation needs.

Lead legal work for major public procurements and complex customer contracts, from initial review through negotiation and signature. Draft and negotiate SaaS, licensing, professional services, data processing, partnership, reseller, and NDA agreements. Advise on privacy, data protection, intellectual property, licensing, and cross-jurisdictional commercial matters. Partner with the CEO, CFO, CPO, and General Counsel to assess risk and support business decisions.
