Lead regional and global internal audit engagements for the Americas, delivering risk-based audits, investigations, and consultative projects. Manage audit planning, review workpapers, ensure quality and IIA standards, use data analytics, coach and develop the audit team, and influence stakeholders to drive remediation and operational improvements.

Leads Polish tax compliance, including CIT, withholding tax, VAT, deferred tax, transfer pricing, MDR/DAC-6, statutory reporting, and e-invoicing. Advises business units on tax risks, contracts, allowances, and regulatory changes; coordinates with tax leaders, PwC advisors, global teams, and tax authorities. Supports tax and ERP projects, digitizes workflows using tools such as Alteryx and Power Apps, delivers training, and standardizes reporting and tax procedures across RC units.

Lead sourcing strategies and category management for marketing content, especially market research and insights. Manage global/regional supplier contracts, drive harmonization and automation, partner with senior marketing stakeholders, provide market and financial insights, mentor junior colleagues, and deliver cross-functional projects across the Content team.
