Leads Royal Canin’s global commercial operations transition, including the Digital Core/SAP S/4HANA migration. Owns transformation roadmaps, business cases, budgets, timelines, governance, process deployment, risk management, stakeholder alignment, operational stabilization, tool migrations, and transition PMO oversight. The role manages teams, coordinates global operational hubs, chairs steering committees, ensures compliance with commercial standards, and drives continuous improvement across service lines.

Leads enterprise technology strategy, delivery, and transformation across Finance, FinTech, Legal, and Risk. Oversees product platforms, Agile and DevOps adoption, AI and data initiatives, digital transformation, change management, vendor partnerships, governance, and technology operations. Partners with executive stakeholders to align global priorities, integrate platforms, manage dependencies, and deliver scalable, secure, value-driven outcomes across a federated enterprise technology organization.

Leads sales finance across channels, including planning, forecasting, performance analytics, trade investment governance, customer P&Ls, and period-close reviews. Partners with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance leadership to translate financial results into actions, manage risks and opportunities, support audits, and drive profitable growth. Oversees quarterly business reviews, collections and deductions monitoring, executive insights, and development of a high-performing finance team.
