Serves as chief of staff and strategic partner to the Regional Commercial Head. Drives strategic alignment, portfolio prioritization, performance management, governance, leadership collaboration, team engagement, risk escalation, and continuous improvement across commercial and regional initiatives.

Leads the Integration Hub deployment program, overseeing centralized and local interface deployments across markets, factories, and trading partners. Manages a team and third-party resources, including planning, budgets, scope, milestones, risks, governance, and delivery quality. Engages stakeholders from analyst to executive levels, leads workshops and change management, coordinates steering groups, and ensures integration delivery aligns with enterprise architecture and long-term digital transformation strategy.

Leads end-to-end delivery of global R&D analytics and data initiatives, managing plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, stakeholders, vendors, and transitions to business-as-usual operations. The role aligns analytics roadmaps with enterprise technology standards, coordinates cross-functional teams, prepares portfolio reporting, and applies Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods to achieve measurable business outcomes.
