Lead regional and global internal audit engagements for the Americas, delivering risk-based audits, investigations, and consultative projects. Manage audit planning, review workpapers, ensure quality and IIA standards, use data analytics, coach and develop the audit team, and influence stakeholders to drive remediation and operational improvements.

Leads Polish tax compliance, including CIT, withholding tax, VAT, deferred tax, transfer pricing, MDR/DAC-6, statutory reporting, and e-invoicing. Advises business units on tax risks, contracts, allowances, and regulatory changes; coordinates with tax leaders, PwC advisors, global teams, and tax authorities. Manage global/regional supplier contracts, drive harmonization and automation, partner with senior marketing stakeholders, provide market and financial insights, mentor junior colleagues, and deliver cross-functional projects across the Content team.

Monitor engagement and communication effectiveness while supporting readiness, implementation, adoption, and business continuity across suppliers, customers, and finance operations.

Supports the design, implementation, testing, validation, deployment, and ongoing guidance of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management templates. Partners with process owners, regional teams, system integrators, and deployment teams to define requirements, harmonize processes, ensure compliance, manage knowledge, conduct fit-to-template reviews, execute UAT, and analyze template gaps. Provides guidance on integrations, standardization, documentation, training, and best practices for quality and food safety processes.

Manage global operational risk programs including risk engineering, property loss prevention, and business resilience. Partner with stakeholders and vendors to drive governance, compliance, audits, remediation, data analysis, and program deployment to reduce loss and ensure business continuity across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Define and lead global trade promotion, budgeting, and accrual validation processes. Drive standardization, process improvements, automation and KPI-based transformation. Support ERP/TPM system enablement and reporting, collaborate with finance, controllership, MGSF and segment stakeholders to optimize promotional spend and ensure financial control.

Partner with Sustainability, Risk, Legal and corporate teams to translate regulatory and reporting needs into scalable data and analytics solutions. Create proofs of concept (basic coding, Power BI), define functional requirements, ensure data quality, and support solution design, integration, and delivery-ready artifacts for sustainability reporting and analytics.
