Provide excellent customer service selling Travel Money products, use digital tools, maintain product and commercial knowledge, complete transactions accurately, identify sales opportunities, contribute to store profitability, meet performance objectives, adapt to change, and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

Operate behind the scenes to receive and process deliveries, manage and shift stock, and keep the shop floor replenished. Perform physically demanding, fast-paced tasks with urgency and accuracy. Use digital tools to track deliveries and inventory, work across store functions, and adapt to early mornings, varied shifts, and weekend hours while supporting teammates.

Analyze customer behaviour and loyalty programme performance (Sparks), deliver insight-led analysis to inform trading and strategy, collaborate with Loyalty, Product, Data and Data Science teams, and help define measurement of customer impact and commercial value.
