Provides advanced technical support by diagnosing complex customer issues, reproducing problems with logs, APIs, and diagnostic tools, owning cases through resolution, and creating knowledge resources. The role mentors support engineers, identifies recurring trends, recommends process and product improvements, and serves as a subject matter expert for assigned features. It requires strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, documentation, and Salesforce experience.

Qualify inbound leads and generate new-logo pipeline through outbound prospecting. Use phone, email, and social media to identify and qualify prospects, schedule discovery meetings with Account Executives, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce. Leverage prospecting and marketing tools to maximize efficiency, provide consistent, professional service to prospects, and collaborate cross-functionally to support long-term pipeline development.

The Vulnerability Researcher will be responsible for developing and enhancing digital forensic software, contributing to innovative solutions for digital investigations, and demonstrating commitment to team goals and customer needs.
