Leads the people agenda for a globally distributed Technology and Product organization. Advises CTO and senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leveling, team transformation, performance, engagement, people analytics, and complex employee relations. Owns engineering partnering, oversees Product support through a direct report, coaches a Senior People Partner, and aligns people strategy with business outcomes across multiple regions.

Own lifecycle CRM strategy and execution across four African markets. Build automated onboarding, retention, churn-prevention, repayment, and upsell journeys across multiple channels. Run rigorous A/B tests, analyze retention and repayment cohorts, optimize lifetime value and renewal economics, and scale successful programs. Partner with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams while introducing creative engagement mechanics such as gamification, loyalty programs, streaks, and rewards.
