Build and scale event-driven microservices for M-KOPA Mobility using C#/.NET. Own solutions throughout their lifecycle, from architecture and development through deployment, observability, monitoring, and decommissioning. Work with Azure, messaging systems, Kubernetes, Docker, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices while collaborating with distributed teams and coaching other engineers.

Leads the people agenda for a globally distributed Technology and Product organization. Advises CTO and senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leveling, team transformation, performance, engagement, people analytics, and complex employee relations. Owns engineering partnering, oversees Product support through a direct report, coaches a Senior People Partner, and aligns people strategy with business outcomes across multiple regions.
