Career Progression Paths

Career growth at Luxury Presence is accelerated, impact-driven, and intentionally built into how the company operates. Opportunities are not gated by tenure or rigid career ladders, but unlocked through ownership, performance, and the ability to take on increasing responsibility.

Employees are regularly stretched into high-visibility work, exposed to complex problems, and trusted to operate beyond their initial scope. As the company scales, roles evolve, teams expand, and new leadership and specialist opportunities emerge, enabling people to grow laterally or vertically based on strengths and ambition. Many employees advance quickly by building new capabilities, moving across functions, or stepping into leadership as the business demands it.

Growth is further supported through close collaboration with experienced leaders, continuous feedback, and hands-on learning in a fast-moving, AI-first environment. The result is a career path that compounds quickly, rewards initiative, and gives employees the chance to shape both their trajectory and the future of the company.

Learning & Upskilling Opportunities

Luxury Presence supports employees in learning new skills by embedding continuous, hands-on learning directly into how teams build and operate. Skill development is not treated as a side initiative, but as a core operating principle.

Engineering employees learn through structured, immersive programs like Auggie Academy, an intensive, hands-on AI training experience where teams pause execution to upskill, experiment, and redefine how they work with intelligent tools. This approach enables rapid mastery of modern, AI-powered workflows and accelerates learning by applying new skills directly to real production work.

Learning is further reinforced through Hackweeks, biannual innovation sprints that create dedicated space for cross-functional experimentation, creative problem-solving, and prototyping beyond the roadmap. These initiatives allow employees to test new technologies, expand their skill sets, and turn ideas into shipped products.

At the team level, the Trifecta model pairs product, engineering, and design leadership, enabling employees to learn side-by-side across disciplines while making decisions close to the work. This structure promotes continuous skill development through collaboration, ownership, and real-time feedback in a fast-moving, AI-native environment.

Luxury Presence Employee Perspectives

What do you enjoy most about working with the team at Luxury Presence?

What I enjoy most is how collaborative and supportive the team is. People genuinely want each other to succeed, and there is a strong sense of shared ownership around the work. Ideas are welcomed regardless of role or tenure, and there is a real balance between high standards and trust, which makes it motivating to do meaningful work together.

What’s one way you’ve grown since joining the company?

I’ve grown a lot in how I approach problem-solving and ownership. I am more confident navigating ambiguity, asking the right questions, and taking initiative rather than waiting for perfect direction. I have also become more comfortable thinking strategically about impact, not just completing tasks, but understanding how my work fits into bigger goals.

How has AI changed the way you work?

AI has become a tool I use to work more efficiently and intentionally. It helps with research, refining ideas, and pressure testing my thinking so I can move faster and focus more energy on high-impact work like collaboration, decision-making, and execution.

Can you share a moment where your work made a meaningful difference?

Some of the most meaningful moments have been helping bring on world-renowned clients such as Tricia Lee Riley, Bonneau Ansley, and Nancy Batchelor. These wins did not just impact my individual deals. They brought in strong referrals and additional business, strengthened our position in the luxury space, and created momentum across the team. Seeing how a long-term, relationship-focused approach can drive real growth has been incredibly rewarding.

What kind of person do you think thrives at Luxury Presence?
People who thrive at Luxury Presence are curious, adaptable, and take ownership. It helps to be someone who is comfortable with change, open to feedback, and willing to think strategically while staying grounded in execution. Strong communicators who care about impact and collaboration tend will do well here!

What did your path at LP look like — what role did you start in and where are you now?

I started at LP as an SDR and focused heavily on building strong fundamentals early on - understanding the product, improving my communication, and staying consistent with activity. From there, I was promoted to AE and am now a Senior AE. It's been a really clear, merit-based progression where performance and consistency directly translated into growth opportunities.

How long did it take, and what did you need to do to get there?

It took about two years to move from SDR to Senior AE. The biggest factors were consistency, coachability, and taking ownership of my results. As an SDR, I focused on being disciplined with outreach and improving my conversations. As I transitioned into AE, it became more about running effective demos, truly understanding client needs, and continuously refining my approach. I leaned heavily on feedback and made sure to apply it quickly.

What would you tell someone just starting as an SDR here about what the promotion path actually looks like?

The path is very attainable, but it's not automatic - it's performance-driven. If you come in with a strong work ethic, stay coachable, and focus on improving every day, there's a clear opportunity to move up quickly. The people who succeed here are the ones who treat it like a craft, not just a role - they take the time to really understand the product, the customer, and how to communicate value. If you do that consistently, the growth follows.

What did your path look like before Luxury Presence, and what made you make the switch to sales?

I started my career as an intern at a small real estate brokerage, which gave me early exposure to the industry. From there, I transitioned into digital marketing project management, where I developed strong organizational and client-facing skills. I eventually moved into HR tech sales, which is where I really found my footing in a revenue-driven role. Joining Luxury Presence felt like a full-circle moment - bringing together my real estate background and sales experience in a way that truly aligns with my strengths and interests.

What did your progression at LP look like, and what do you think made the difference?

I started at LP as an outbound Account Executive, focused heavily on cold calling and building pipeline from scratch. Over time, I progressed to Senior AE and now to a Strategic AE role, where I partner with a wide range of clients. What made the biggest difference was consistency, coachability, and a willingness to lean into challenges - especially early on. Staying curious, being open to feedback, and continuously refining my approach helped me grow at each stage.

What would you tell someone with a non-traditional background who's considering a role here?

Go for it. Some of the strongest teams are built from people with diverse and non-traditional backgrounds. Those unique perspectives help us think differently, challenge assumptions, and avoid getting stuck in silos. We absolutely want fresh eyes on our processes. If you're willing to learn and bring your own experiences to the table, there's absolutely a place for you here.
