Lead and manage neighbourhood housing officers to deliver high-quality housing management services across estates. Oversee day-to-day operations, resolve issues with residents and partners, use performance data and feedback to improve services, ensure policy compliance, manage risk and team performance, and promote a culture of respect, development and resident-centred practice. Role requires an Enhanced DBS check.

Lead cross-borough adult social care strategy and programmes across five boroughs, driving market-shaping, commissioning alignment, data-driven planning, partnership with NHS, and delivering savings, quality and sufficiency outcomes while providing strategic advice to senior leaders and boards.

Lead a team safeguarding council financial systems, perform complex General Ledger and bank reconciliations, resolve system errors, manage system changes/upgrades, organise and lead UAT, report unreconciled items to senior leadership, and deputise for the team manager to improve controls and processes.

Manage and reconcile all council income (~£950m/year), lead suspense account resolution, investigate unallocated items, prepare finance reports, manage cash-handling and security collection schedules, ensure compliance with financial regulations and year-end deadlines, and support junior staff.

Provide specialist welfare benefits advice and casework to Camden residents, advocate with agencies, maximise income, prevent hardship, manage a complex caseload, and work with partners to support the council's anti-poverty strategy. Role requires high-quality written and verbal communication and empathy when supporting vulnerable people.
