Leads Workday HRIS solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, reporting, security, and support across Core HCM, Talent, and Recruiting. Builds AI-enabled HR automation, ensures data governance and compliance, mentors analysts, manages releases and projects, and advises HR leaders on technology strategy and process improvements.

Develops key customer accounts across the UK and Ireland, builds relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders, identifies application opportunities, and drives electronics design wins from technical engagement through revenue. Partners with distributors, engineering, product management, sales, and marketing teams to grow pipeline and business across protection, switches, sensors, and power semiconductor technologies. Requires a technical engineering background, complex sales experience, market knowledge, and approximately 75% regional travel.
