Support the Cluster Accounts Supervisor by reconciling banking transactions, preparing and reviewing financial reports, assisting month-end and balance sheet reconciliations, auditing daily revenue, valuing stock takes, liaising with operations, and ensuring timely, accurate financial controls and reporting across multiple hotel properties.

Provide exceptional front-desk guest care including check-in/check-out, telephone handling, complaint resolution, collaboration with hotel teams, upselling rooms/offers, following safety/security and data protection protocols, and using hotel systems to meet KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.

Manage day-to-day hotel operations alongside the General Manager, lead and engage the team, undertake Duty Manager shifts, support recruitment and induction, deliver guest care training, drive local business opportunities, and represent the Leonardo Hotels brand and values.

Supervise daily food & beverage operations, support the F&B Manager, coach and train staff, ensure exceptional guest service, assist event delivery, and lead by example to meet company standards.
