Designs, automates, secures, and supports production cloud infrastructure and platform services across Azure and/or AWS. Responsibilities include Infrastructure as Code, networking, identity, security controls, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, observability, backup and recovery, container platforms, vulnerability remediation, and technical documentation. The role also supports cloud governance, landing zones, environment separation, platform automation, incident diagnosis, and controlled change processes.

Leads business analysis for technology-enabled transformation, translating strategic outcomes and stakeholder needs into prioritized, testable requirements. Responsibilities include capability mapping, process and operating model design, requirements traceability, user stories, acceptance criteria, process re-engineering, data modeling, migration analysis, UAT support, change impact assessment, and benefits mapping. The role also facilitates workshops, mentors analysts, and establishes analysis standards while collaborating across business, architecture, engineering, and testing teams.

Business Analyst gathers and analyzes requirements for technology-enabled change, facilitates stakeholder workshops, models current and future processes, and creates user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability artifacts. The role supports backlog refinement, prioritization, design and test reviews, data and business rule analysis, UAT, training, transition, and business change activities across the delivery lifecycle.
