Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, source candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and support onboarding. The role focuses on delivering an excellent candidate experience, strengthening employer brand, improving scalable recruitment processes, maintaining compliance, and using hiring data to support continuous improvement in a fast-paced global technology organization.

Own marketing reporting, dashboards, multi-touch attribution, and data storytelling. Maintain accurate marketing data and reporting infrastructure, deliver leadership and board reporting, investigate funnel and channel performance, and surface optimization opportunities. Partner with Revenue Operations to align lead-to-revenue data and collaborate with GTM Engineering on attribution models using Dreamdata. Translate complex trends into actionable hypotheses for marketing teams.
