Owns reporting and analysis for customer retention, renewals, expansion, churn risk, and installed-base performance. Builds customer health dashboards, defines retention KPIs, analyzes cohorts and unit economics, designs retention experiments, administers compensation plans, and supports forecasting. Partners with Customer Success, Account Management, commercial leadership, analytics engineering, and GTM engineering to improve data quality, identify cross-sell opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.

Owns end-to-end new business funnel reporting, marketing performance analysis, attribution, demand KPIs, lead scoring, experimentation, and sales compensation administration. Partners with Marketing, Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and analytics teams to explain performance changes, improve funnel efficiency, support forecasting, and guide commercial decisions. Requires strong CRM, marketing automation, digital analytics, BI, spreadsheet, and commercial analysis skills.
