Draft, review, and negotiate copyright, data-licensing, platform, and technology agreements; assess and mitigate IP and data-rights risk; conduct legal research on TDM and emerging technology issues; support CLM, templates, playbooks, and legal-tech/AI-assisted review workflows; liaise with business units and provide training and guidance on IP/licensing matters.

Lead editorial strategy for Aging-focused journals within the Advanced portfolio. Commission and manage high-quality submissions, oversee peer review and ethical standards, build researcher relationships, launch spin-off titles, collaborate with global editorial and marketing teams, and drive community engagement and strategic initiatives.

Work hands-on in a large, mature C++ (Windows/MFC) codebase to own and modernize features and subsystems, refactor legacy components, optimize performance-sensitive spectral algorithms, and collaborate with engineers and domain experts to ensure correctness, maintainability, and backward compatibility.
