Leads civil engineering planning, design, permitting, and infrastructure projects. Prepares technical reports, specifications, plans, cost estimates, and feasibility analyses; evaluates site, soil, drainage, and hydrological conditions; manages project budgets and schedules; conducts field inspections; reviews quality; and supervises, mentors, and trains engineering staff. Collaborates with clients, subcontractors, technical directors, and multidisciplinary teams while applying sustainability, resiliency, regulatory, and safety standards.
