Lead global proposal management for Early Development Services, defining strategy, driving transformational initiatives, building leadership teams, managing resources and performance, ensuring timely high-quality proposal delivery, and partnering with commercial and operational leaders to support growth and operational excellence.

Provide day-to-day administration and user support for Labcorp's Salesforce CRM: manage access, design flows, page layouts, record types, fields and reports, troubleshoot end-user issues, document requirements, and assist testing and implementation of enhancements to support sales, proposals and contracts teams.

Design, configure, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise networks; administer Citrix NetScaler VPX; develop Ansible playbooks for automation; monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/cloud networking, L4-L7 traffic, and routing (BGP/OSPF/VXLAN); document configurations and support infrastructure projects.
