Manage a portfolio of MDR customers throughout onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewal, and expansion. Lead business reviews, monitor service usage and licensing, oversee case resolution, coordinate escalations, maintain customer records, create documentation, communicate threat intelligence and product updates, and advocate for customer needs. The role requires strong relationship management, communication, presentation, cybersecurity knowledge, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Lead complex digital forensics and incident response investigations involving ransomware, breaches, insider threats, and business email compromise. Analyze evidence across endpoints, networks, cloud, and enterprise systems; guide containment and recovery; translate findings into remediation advice and business decisions; collaborate with legal counsel, insurers, and regulators; prepare reports and mentor junior consultants.

Entry-level Cyber Risk Associate in Kroll’s Cyber Academy. Supports cyber risk management, incident response, security operations, and client engagements while applying technical knowledge in enterprise environments. Requires Windows proficiency, Linux understanding, strong communication, analytical ability, attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn. Preferred qualifications include ITIL service desk experience, cybersecurity certification, networking knowledge, security experience, and familiarity with data protection laws.
