Own business operations for Payward Services, including partner launch readiness, operating cadence, planning, goal-setting, business reviews, reporting, and leadership updates. Automate manual workflows using AI and integrations, improve repeatable partner launch processes, onboard new products and acquired businesses, and lead strategic cross-functional initiatives. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to build scalable operating systems.

Own end-to-end product design for new B2C and internal AI products, from discovery and prototyping through launch and iteration. Lead zero-to-one design in ambiguous environments, shape non-deterministic user experiences, conduct research, influence product strategy, and partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership. Create visually rich, scalable experiences with strong UX, visual design, systems thinking, and craft.

Owns end-to-end paid video creative for Kraken Consumer, from concept through production, editing, approval, localization, and delivery across multiple platforms and markets. Uses generative AI as a core production method, develops platform-native concepts, interprets creative testing data, and creates iterative performance assets. Collaborates with marketing, compliance, product, and regional teams while maintaining high craft, speed, and regulatory standards.
