Lead Consumer Trading product initiatives for Kraken: prototype features with AI tools, define product requirements, run UAT, collaborate with stakeholders, finance and operations, use analytics and experimentation to drive product decisions, and evaluate new consumer product opportunities.

Lead global financial crime and conduct audits across AML/CFT, sanctions, anti-bribery, market integrity, and conduct risk. Perform risk assessments, design and execute control testing, manage multiple engagements end-to-end, document findings, track remediation, apply AI-enabled auditing and data analytics, and present results to senior stakeholders and regulators.

Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for fraud and ATO solutions. Lead end-to-end feature delivery, define APIs, workflows, and operational processes, coordinate with engineering, legal, finance, risk and vendors, and build case management, detection, and investigation systems that protect users while minimizing friction.
