Coordinates teams of up to 50 across global offices, manages technical interfaces, changes, budgets, schedules, reporting, specifications, codes, safety, and quality requirements. Requires brownfield and greenfield experience, EPC project knowledge, Agile sprint experience, and the ability to work independently across multiple engineering disciplines.

Lead telecom engineering activities for upstream oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, chemical, and fertilizer projects. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing telecom deliverables, calculations, network architecture, equipment layouts, vendor documents, quotations, and design reviews. The role also supports procurement, inspections, FAT/SAT, site surveys, technical audits, pre-commissioning, and interdisciplinary coordination. It requires leadership, mentoring, technical training, quality and HSE compliance, project support, and proficiency with AutoCAD, telecom systems, 3D model reviews, and RF tools.

Supports FEED and detailed design projects as a principal subsea and pipeline engineer. Produces, checks, and reviews pipeline mechanical design deliverables, including specifications, routing studies, material selection, corrosion protection, stress analysis, layouts, drawings, datasheets, and technical requisitions. Resolves technically challenging issues, communicates with clients and senior management, manages assigned scope against schedule and budget, and follows quality assurance procedures.

Lead project controls for a complex 12-month FEED project in Woking. Responsibilities include schedule development and baselining, cost management, forecasting, cashflow optimization, reporting, document and information control, change management, risk and opportunity management, audit support, and claims documentation. The role provides independent leadership across project controls functions, advises engineering management, supports commercial negotiations, and develops high-performing integrated teams.

Manage document control for a major FEED project, including uploading and retrieving documents in Aconex, maintaining filing systems, registers, logs, and records, coordinating information exchange, preparing reports, resolving document issues, and submitting compliant deliverables to clients. The role requires experience in FEED or EPC detailed design projects within the oil and gas industry, strong stakeholder and people management skills, and ideally Arabic language capability.

Provides specialist control and instrumentation engineering support across concept, pre-FEED, and FEED projects in oil and gas, offshore wind, and low-carbon sectors. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing technical deliverables, coordinating with other disciplines and vendors, attending client meetings, supporting bids, ensuring QA/QC, delivering feasibility studies, and mentoring junior engineers.

Prepare electrical design deliverables including bills of materials, panel and cable schedules, layouts, single-line diagrams, wiring drawings, 3D models, model extractions, and installation drawings.
