Serve as the primary on-site finance representative for construction self-performance: monitor and forecast costs, manage purchase orders and subcontractor invoices, maintain PoC revenue recognition under IFRS/local GAAP, report variances and risks, support claims and audits, and train site staff on financial procedures while consolidating data for the Lead Project Controller.
