As a Lead Power Platform Engineer at Kainos, you'll manage teams, develop Power Platform solutions, mentor staff, and interact with customers to meet technical requirements while learning new technologies.

Lead functional delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects: translate stakeholder requirements into solution designs, lead and coach functional teams, configure and demonstrate out-of-the-box and AI features, design workflows and automations, support testing, data migration, training, cutover and pre-sales activities while ensuring configuration-first designs and integration with Microsoft ecosystem components.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design and develop large-scale data processing software, manage technical components, and mentor team members, while ensuring code quality and operational readiness.
