Leads software engineering teams in designing, building, testing, and maintaining scalable, secure applications. Owns technical architecture, estimation, product planning, requirements, and delivery while using AWS, Node.js, TypeScript, Terraform, and AWS CDK. Provides technical direction, customer engagement, mentoring, coaching, and performance management. Applies modern development practices such as XP, TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and production troubleshooting.

Leads Kainos’ Employee Relations team and oversees complex casework, employment-law guidance, service standards, stakeholder advice, and continuous improvement. The role manages team capability, supports senior leaders, ensures consistent case handling across jurisdictions, and uses technology, data, and automation to improve employee and manager experiences. It also requires advising on organizational change, litigation, investigations, documentation, policies, and employee relations processes.

Lead the design and delivery of Workday PRISM and complex reporting solutions for clients. Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical reports, configure and test dashboards, worksheets, calculated fields, and reporting products, and provide Workday best-practice guidance. Mentor junior consultants, collaborate with architects and product managers, manage stakeholders and deadlines, maintain certifications, and support reporting and analytics initiatives.
