Teams at Kainos

Owns and executes Kainos’s EMEA financial services sales strategy, including pipeline development, enterprise account planning, complex pursuit leadership, executive relationship management, Workday positioning, partner development, forecasting, and market presence. The role requires consultative selling to senior financial and technology stakeholders, coordination across international matrixed teams, and expertise in financial services transformation, Workday solutions, commercial negotiation, and regulatory environments.

Leads security engineering and testing across platforms and services, setting testing methodologies, scopes, tools, and reporting standards. Performs penetration testing, source-code security assessments, threat modeling, and cloud and web application security reviews. Partners with agile teams to embed continuous security practices, mentors junior engineers, manages team performance, and communicates security risks to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Leads product delivery across multidisciplinary agile teams, owning the end-to-end backlog, product quality, roadmap, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment. Manages business analysts and product consultants, shapes delivery approaches, supports commercial negotiations, and coaches teams and clients in product and agile practices. Requires UK central government experience, client-facing consulting experience, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage scope, stakeholders, and product teams.
