Build and deploy production generative AI systems, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, document understanding, document generation, and conversational interfaces. Own AI architecture, implementation, evaluation, testing, observability, and deployment while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable user-facing functionality for legal technology products.

Lead the company’s AI function by defining strategy, managing and mentoring the AI team, and building production-ready generative AI systems across voice, chat, and document products. Design agentic workflows, RAG and LLM architectures; establish evaluation, testing, monitoring, and observability practices; and contribute hands-on to implementation. Partner with product and engineering teams to translate AI capabilities into reliable, valuable user features.

Own the company’s end-to-end data platform, including ingestion, S3 data lakes, ClickHouse, dbt transformations, orchestration, and BI/CRM data delivery. Improve reliability, historical accuracy, cost, and metric governance while defining and defending business KPIs. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and leadership to translate business questions into durable metrics and establish data standards. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on hands-on engineering, analytical rigor, and stakeholder communication.
