Lead and coach a warehouse team to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient inbound/outbound operations. Manage shift planning, task allocation, customer escalations, supplier and transport liaison, inventory accuracy, KPI targets, and health and safety compliance including daily checks and incident investigations.

Provide customer service and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, execute accurate order processing, maintain logistics documentation and warehouse databases, generate management reports, liaise with hauliers, suppliers and customers, ensure compliance with safety and organisational policies, and support seamless warehouse workflows across flexible operational hours.

Perform document scanning and digital conversion, maintain records accuracy and quality control, follow information-security and privacy procedures, and support customers and operations in records management workflows.
