Drive growth of digital solutions within strategic enterprise accounts. Own complex sales opportunities from qualification through proposal and closure, maintain pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene, collaborate on large multi-region pursuits, engage partners, and align product innovation with customer needs.

Coordinate client service administration across billing, accounts receivable, vendor onboarding, order management, digital archiving, reporting, and operational workflows. Review estimates and invoices, resolve discrepancies, track payments and bad debt, enforce service standards, support cross-functional teams, and use AI or digital tools to improve efficiency.
