Senior Software Engineer on the Customer Analytics Engineering team building scalable backend services in Java (JDK11+). Design, develop, and maintain analytics platform features, optimize SQL for MySQL and Snowflake, troubleshoot production issues, improve architecture and performance, participate in code reviews, mentor teammates, and drive modernization and technical debt reduction.

Collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain applications on GCP using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, ArgoCD and Terraform. Build automation pipelines, support deployments/upgrades/troubleshooting, manage infrastructure as code, document processes, and participate in on-call rotation.

Support and automate application and data infrastructure: deploy and maintain Kubernetes containerized applications, build automation pipelines, manage Linux servers, assist with data pipelines/ETL, troubleshoot deployments and third-party services, and document operational best practices while collaborating with developers and data engineers.
