Teams at Intermedia Cloud Communications

Leads a DevOps team responsible for the reliability, security, and operational efficiency of cloud and on-premise platforms. Owns Kubernetes infrastructure, GitHub-based CI/CD, GitOps, infrastructure as code, observability, incident response, disaster recovery, and security hardening. Provides technical mentorship, leads production deployments, manages platform tooling, develops runbooks, and collaborates with Engineering, SRE, Security, and Operations on platform improvements.

Build, maintain, and operate Linux-based infrastructure at scale. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to deploy applications, develop automation tooling, manage CI/CD pipelines, support in-house and third-party systems, troubleshoot production issues, monitor services with Grafana and Prometheus, document processes, and participate in on-call incident response.

Develops full-stack features for live operational metrics, including backend services, APIs, and real-time frontend dashboards. Responsibilities include improving system scalability and stability, integrating business logic, troubleshooting software, documenting technical changes, and collaborating with stakeholders. Requires frontend JavaScript or TypeScript experience and backend .NET development with C# and ASP.NET. The role is primarily remote with occasional Bristol or London office visits.
