Teams at Intermedia Cloud Communications

Lead roadmap and execution for Intermedia's telecom/voice products. Translate customer, partner, regulatory, and carrier needs into product initiatives; collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, sales, and regulatory teams; drive KPIs for service quality, reliability, onboarding, and profitability; evaluate emerging technologies (including AI) and competitive UCaaS offerings.

Design, deploy, and maintain Linux-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Automate server and application management with Chef, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins. Monitor systems using Prometheus and Grafana, support deployments and incident on-call rotation, troubleshoot networking and application issues, and document processes.

Collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain applications on GCP using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, ArgoCD and Terraform. Build automation pipelines, support deployments/upgrades/troubleshooting, manage infrastructure as code, document processes, and participate in on-call rotation.
