The role requires experience delivering global, multi-pillar Oracle ERP and HCM implementations under fixed-price and time-and-materials contracts.

Leads complex Oracle HCM payroll implementations, designing end-to-end UK payroll solutions and integrating HCM modules. Mentors consultants, facilitates business process architecture workshops, supports testing and Payroll Preview Report processes, advises clients, tracks Oracle releases, collaborates with delivery teams, and contributes to pre-sales demonstrations and proposals.

Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Cloud PPM for UK construction clients. Manage requirements, configuration, integrations with Financials/Procurement/SCM/EPM, testing, cutover, governance, and stakeholder engagement while mentoring teams and supporting pre-sales.
