Provide end-to-end functional support for Oracle HCM and Payroll (Oracle Fusion/Cloud), handling incidents, problems, and changes. Advise customers, maintain records in Inoapps ITSM, drive automation and continuous improvement (including AI use), perform root-cause analysis, contribute to SOPs, assist pre-sales and transitions, and support on a 24x7 shift rotation.

The Integration Lead will deliver end-to-end integration solutions using Oracle technologies, lead integration teams, and ensure secure and performant integrations for ERP and HCM implementations.

The Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of HCM solutions, manage integrations, and deliver training while ensuring client alignment with business requirements.
