The Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of HCM solutions, manage integrations, and deliver training while ensuring client alignment with business requirements.

The role involves leading implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, designing reporting solutions, collaborating with teams, mentoring junior members, and supporting clients post-implementation.

Lead medium-to-large Oracle SaaS and EBS projects from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include team leadership, risk and issue management, scope and Statement of Work oversight, budget forecasting, client and supplier coordination, stakeholder communication, contract management, profitability tracking, and practice development. The role requires experience delivering global, multi-pillar Oracle ERP and HCM implementations under fixed-price and time-and-materials contracts.

Provide end-to-end functional support for Oracle HCM and Payroll (Oracle Fusion/Cloud), handling incidents, problems, and changes. Advise customers, maintain records in Inoapps ITSM, drive automation and continuous improvement (including AI use), perform root-cause analysis, contribute to SOPs, assist pre-sales and transitions, and support on a 24x7 shift rotation.
