Define monetization platforms spanning SOM, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, and Revenue Accounting. Advise senior executives, oversee global delivery teams, manage architecture and implementation quality, support RFPs, and guide programs through testing, cutover, and hypercare.
