Lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 product: define roadmap and MVP, translate user needs into user stories, shape solution architecture, ensure compliance with standards and accessibility, manage third‑party partners, and deliver scalable Dataverse/Power Automate/Copilot‑enabled services.

Lead a multidisciplinary team to shape the ICO's legislative policy, advise government and senior leadership, interpret complex legislation, manage stakeholder engagement, commission research, oversee performance and budgets, and drive improvements to protect and strengthen the ICO's remit.
