The Manufacturing Operations Manager leads daily operations, ensures safety and compliance, manages financial performance, and develops a high-performing team within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Supports manufacturing-line operations by coordinating production flow, schedules, staffing, training, and team performance. Monitors safety, quality, productivity, inventory, and downtime KPIs while coaching operators and ensuring production plans are met. Leads training, cross-training, 6S, EHS, quality-system compliance, and continuous-improvement activities. Collaborates with supervisors and NPI teams, supports audits and CAPA resolution, and maintains production records and systems.

Create and maintain a multi-site supply plan and master resource plan up to 24 months. Assess capacity, safety stock, and inventory; coordinate with production, procurement, finance and demand teams; track execution, KPIs, and root-cause issues; communicate product portfolio changes and supply risks.
