Lead design and development of electrical subsystems for defibrillator medical devices. Perform advanced circuit design, prototyping, testing, verification, and problem solving; author design inputs and documentation; mentor junior engineers; ensure regulatory and quality compliance; support design transfer and product launch activities.

Manage a production operations team in a Class 3 medical device facility to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement targets. Plan resources, monitor KPIs, lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, coach and develop staff, run daily management and tiered reviews, partner cross-functionally, support recruitment and workforce planning, own NC/CAPA actions, and ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
