Create and maintain a multi-site supply plan and master resource plan up to 24 months. Assess capacity, safety stock, and inventory; coordinate with production, procurement, finance and demand teams; track execution, KPIs, and root-cause issues; communicate product portfolio changes and supply risks.

Assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies and complete units using hand and power tools, jigs and fixtures. Fit, align, calibrate and adjust parts to meet tolerances, repair nonconforming units, follow detailed procedures, and make straightforward decisions within defined guidelines. Role is routine, manual, and typically requires no prior experience.

Support and coordinate manufacturing line activities, training, and production flow to meet KPIs for safety, quality, and productivity. Coach operators, manage schedules, lead Tier 1 processes and production training, maintain training records in SLMS/QMS, support continuous improvement and EHS/6S, and collaborate with supervisors and NPI teams to minimise downtime and meet production plans.
