Plan resources, monitor KPIs, lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, coach and develop staff, run daily management and tiered reviews, partner cross-functionally, support recruitment and workforce planning, own NC/CAPA actions, and ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
