Manage finance operations for the Belfast business, partnering with site leadership on financial results, reporting, planning, controls, accounting, statutory filings, and process improvements. Provides first-line technical support for medical device customers, handling product issues, complaints, returns, replacements, troubleshooting, documentation, and follow-up. Maintains support, returns, complaint, device-tracking, and ERP records; supports recalls, decontamination, regulatory compliance, and quality-system activities. Develops procedures and checklists, assists with trend reporting and continuous improvement, and coordinates with internal departments to resolve customer issues.

Provides onsite test engineering and manufacturing process support for medical device capacity expansion. Responsibilities include test equipment support, calibration compliance, capital equipment acquisition, process documentation, GMP-compliant SOPs, process validation, line performance monitoring, corrective actions, vendor collaboration, technical presentations, training, and adherence to quality and EHS requirements.

Supports the development, validation, and improvement of manufacturing processes for medical devices. Responsibilities include preparing IQ/OQ/PQ validation documentation, improving efficiency and yield, supporting equipment acquisition and installation, ensuring GMP and safety compliance, troubleshooting processes, evaluating suppliers, and leading cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads regional benefits strategy across EMEA and Latin America, including renewals, funding, vendor management, broker relationships, M&A integration, contract negotiations, and RFPs. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Payroll, and regional teams to manage costs, risk, compliance, competitiveness, and employee experience. Oversees enrollment timelines, vendor SLAs, benefits plan enhancements, and strategic initiatives across assigned geographies.

Own, implement, validate, secure, and continuously improve manufacturing applications supporting medical device production. Lead computer system validation, lifecycle management, change control, data integrity, user access, and regulatory compliance. Support SAP Business One manufacturing processes, develop SQL queries and reporting solutions, and partner with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, and vendors. The role also supports business continuity, system performance, process improvement, and delivery of business-critical projects.
