As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you'll build resilient platforms, automate processes, mentor teams, and drive changes in a cloud-based environment.

Provide technical support for the iManage product suite: diagnose and resolve software/configuration issues, collaborate with customers and integrators, maintain deep knowledge of Windows servers, networking, databases, web and mobile technologies, document best practices, and proactively reduce problem recurrence.
