The Project Manager, IRT oversees IRT system activities, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, while managing stakeholder communications and risks.

Supports clinical development programs by negotiating and executing contracts with ancillary vendors. Manages confidentiality agreements, scopes of work, study assumptions, budgets, payment structures, invoicing, reconciliations, risks, and stakeholder relationships. Requires clinical trial budget development experience, pharmaceutical industry knowledge, and familiarity with GCP, GDPR, and data privacy. The role also maintains contractual and operational processes and manages vendor engagements through post-contract oversight.
