Oversee end-to-end fabrication of modular process equipment and skid-mounted systems across Chinese fabrication yards. Manage production schedules, technical execution, quality assurance, HSE compliance, material coordination, logistics, budgets, KPIs, and risk reporting. Serve as the technical and operational liaison among UOP project teams, fabrication subcontractors, procurement, logistics, and international stakeholders. Frequent travel to vendor yards and assembly sites across Greater China is required.

Manage multisite building management system projects for European retail customers, typically exceeding $250K. Responsibilities include scheduling, resource planning, cost and billing forecasting, risk management, change orders, subcontractor quality, progress tracking, customer satisfaction, project handover, and team leadership. The role coordinates technical staff, engineers, designers, inspectors, and subcontractors while monitoring project financial performance and delivery. Travel of 5% to 10% is required.

Lead enterprise cross-selling initiatives for Honeywell’s Life Sciences portfolio, developing customer relationships and closing complex integrated technology opportunities. Drive revenue growth, sales strategies, customer expansion, and recurring revenue across automation, software, services, and digital solutions. Manage and coach sales representatives, collaborate across functions, and position Honeywell as a strategic partner for digital transformation, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. The role requires experience with complex enterprise sales, life sciences or manufacturing environments, long sales cycles, and travel across EMEA.
