Teams at HiBob

Generate and qualify new sales opportunities across Central/Eastern Europe by prospecting, outreach (calls, personalized email, events), researching and mapping accounts, engaging decision-makers, and collaborating with Account Executives to build pipeline and guide prospects through initial interactions.

Provide day-to-day office operations and employee experience support at HiBob's London office: manage visitors, deliveries, supplies, vendor/PO/invoice processes, onboarding logistics, office tech setup, safety and sustainability initiatives, and coordinate local events and office projects alongside the Office & Experience Manager.

Partner with leaders across commercial teams to advise on employee relations, performance, organisational effectiveness and change. Own and improve UK People Operations and employee lifecycle, use people data and technology to drive scalability, coach managers, support workforce planning, and contribute to People projects that enable growth and IPO-readiness.
