Own and scale lifecycle marketing across onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and expansion readiness. Design segmented, behavior-led customer journeys across email and in-product messaging, maintain the lifecycle roadmap, analyze performance data, and optimize key growth metrics. Partner with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing Operations on feature adoption, customer engagement, upsell nurture, and expansion signals. The role also requires stakeholder influence, experimentation, organization, and mentoring junior team members.

Owns IFS Cloud environment and release management, including deployments, governance, configuration, integrations, and change controls. Leads data migration, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, bulk uploads, and platform standardization. Supports PSO integrations and MWO entities while coordinating technical and business stakeholders across multiple change streams. The role requires hands-on IFS Cloud expertise, strong SQL and API knowledge, ITIL practices, release tools, risk management, and continuous improvement in a multinational environment.

Own and maintain IFS ERP master data, including persons, employees, technicians, warehouses, inventory locations, companies, sites, and organizational structures. Support data onboarding, bulk updates, troubleshooting, data-quality improvement, governance, and global rollouts. Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders across countries and time zones to ensure accurate, consistent, compliant data that supports business processes.
