Design, deploy, and operate Hack The Box’s global, multi-site data center network. Responsibilities include BGP, EVPN-VXLAN, JunOS and Juniper platform management, network automation, monitoring and observability, capacity planning, site expansions, troubleshooting, documentation, and on-call incident response. The role collaborates with systems, platform, SRE, security, and product engineering teams supporting VMware, Kubernetes, and Ceph environments.

Build, operate, and improve multi-region compute, virtualization, storage, networking, and Kubernetes platforms. Administer VMware vSphere, NSX, and Ceph; develop Ansible and Terraform infrastructure automation; monitor systems with Prometheus and Grafana; support hardware lifecycle operations and incident response. The role also contributes to migrating from VMware to an open-source virtualization platform, documents procedures, collaborates with network engineering, and participates in on-call support.

Own and evolve HTB’s internal platform stack, including identity and access management, Google Workspace, endpoint management, SaaS administration, security tooling, compliance automation, secrets management, and an AI/LLM gateway. Build integrations and workflow automations, maintain documentation and runbooks, support secure scaling, and participate in on-call for critical identity, email, and SaaS incidents.
